In the Montessori environment, teachers are known as ‘Guides’ & as a SensorStory guide you will provide little ones & their grown-up’s our Montessori inspired program & a beautiful magical environment, as well as helping families make enchanting memories to last a lifetime.
Our Guides are → Confident → Thoughtful → Respectful & Kind → Passionate about Early Years → Either Montessori trained or motivated to learn (during our in-house company training).

✨ Prior knowledge of Montessori philosophy is a bonus – though not a requirement✨
Before you begin?
Full training is provided to you before you become a Guide – while previous Montessori training in not a requirement, some prior knowledge of the philosophy may be useful to you – though also not a requirement as we will get you fully up to speed on all things Montessori before you begin, so you can confidently guide each class.
